1. Who we are
This policy explains how International Circassian Center for Support and Assistance, Inc. (“Center,” “we,” or “us”) handles information received through this website and our official communications.
2. Information you choose to provide
Our forms may ask for your name, contact details, country, language, and a short description of your request, skills, or proposed partnership. The forms do not upload information to a Center database. They prepare an email in your own email application, and the message is sent only when you choose to send it.
3. Sensitive information
Do not send passport numbers, immigration case numbers, medical records, financial account information, passwords, or document scans in an initial inquiry. If additional information is needed, the Center will first discuss an appropriate method of communication.
4. How information is used
We use information to review and respond to inquiries, coordinate volunteers and partnerships, protect the Center and its community, comply with applicable law, and improve our services. Marianna Sherieva coordinates incoming inquiries and may share them only with Center personnel or qualified professionals who need the information to respond.
5. Service providers and technical data
The companies that host the website or provide email service may process technical data such as IP address, device information, and access logs under their own terms. To understand general website use, the Center stores an anonymous random browser identifier, the page visited, and the date and time of the visit. This identifier is kept in a first-party cookie for up to one year. The Center does not store IP addresses in its visitor statistics, use advertising cookies, sell personal information, or operate an online donation system.
6. Retention and security
We retain communications only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were received, legal obligations, safety, and recordkeeping. We use reasonable safeguards, but no email or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Children
The forms are not intended for children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should contact the Center on behalf of a child.
8. Your choices and requests
